Experience in dental and/or orthodontic reception/finance is a plus, but not necessary.
Excellent communication skills, telephone skills, and presentability are a must.
Ability to multitask and learn new computer software programs, as well as experience with Word, Excel and Power Point required.
Duties include:
Greeting patients Answering phones Returning voicemails, text messages, and emails Patient check in Patient check out Data Entry Scanning and digitally filing documents Collecting down payments Reviewing financial quotes and contracts with patients Setting up payment plans Scheduling appointments Past-Due patient follow up Corresponding with other Dental practices We offer 5 days per week Monday and Wednesday in our Sea Girt, NJ location and Tuesday and Thursday in our Lincroft, NJ location.
Friday location rotates.
