We are looking for a full time receptionist/scheduler who is dedicated and personable, to ensure that dental patients' appointments are appropriately scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled, depending on the needs of the patients.
The responsibilities include greeting, monitoring patient forms for completion, entering patient information onto our data system, answering phones and patient questions, and arranging referrals to other dental specialists.
Knowledge of all aspects of dental insurance is required, including estimating benefits, submitting claims, processing insurance payments and making appropriate adjustments.
