Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility - Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care for residents - Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided and implement improvements as needed - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Oversee MDS accuracy and completion.
- Manage the budget for the nursing department and make recommendations for resource allocation - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing administration Requirements:
-Current, unrestricted, Registered Professional Nurse (RN) currently licensed in the State of New Jersey - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred-At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
